At the end of the 19th century, the phylloxera plague devastated vineyards throughout the Mediterranean basin, forcing the owners to convert this old wine press into an oil mill, thus initiating successful oil production. During the rehabilitation carried out by the current owners and completed by a company specialised in heritage, an 18th century beam and quintal press was discovered, as well as the old wine cellar, constituting true heritage gems. In addition, the old stone oil mill has been restored and recovered.

Today, the property has extensive olive groves and a modern oil mill of approx 600 sqm, equipped with machinery in excellent condition and all the necessary permits for the production and sale of oil. Its oils, all organic, have been recognised worldwide and have received numerous international awards. In addition, the estate is a reference point for olive oil tourism in the province.
