La Heredia is one of the most charming, luxurious development built by a Dutch developer, La Perla. It lies up the Ronda road, just a few 100 metres from the famous estate of La Zagaleta.
Perched on a hill, this beautiful pastel colourful residential, Mediterranean-style village offers some of the area’s most spectacular views over San Pedro and further down to the coastline.
The architects designed this development with such care and love, to reconstruct a typical Andalucian village, yet filled with pastel coloured type luxury homes, to include the finest of detail. The residential estate even has steep, narrow cobbled streets.
La Heredia also boasts a beautiful little town centre with restaurants, bars, a renown bakery and butcher including other specialty, gourmet shops.
The first phase of development started in the 1980s. It fast became one of Marbella’s most prestigious address. To this day it remains one of the most sought after districts to live. Properties in La Heredia rarely come on the market for sale.
